Good bye poem By: Melissa Gabourie

We go to dinner where we met our mom so we could talk to see if we should stay with mom or with dad as soon as we started talking about leaving her I started crying I became so joyless.
About one year ago I had to do every thing I had to watch my sisters I had to cook dinner and most of all I had to do all my homework in one hour so that I could get it all done before mom got home with the girl so that we could cook dinner without getting my homework all messy.
That was bad but to me it wasn’t the worst.
I think it was that I had to share my room with my brother.
One of the worst thing about changing to live with my dad is I don’t get to see my mom as much any more.
The second worst thing is that I had to leave my friends and start all over. If you have ever moved then you know how that feels.
At mom’s I wasn’t doing very well in school it has been a whole lot better since then and that is really good.
I have been living with dad for about 1year now and life is getting much better I have gotten lots of friend this school is really nice everyone in it is really nice they excepted me without a thought about it.

Goodbye Poem by Kaylee Leclerc

I never had the chance to say goodbye,
Although I’m pretty sure you know why.

I never spent much time with you,
But you always knew the right thing to do.

This sickness ended your life so quick,
You were gone before the clock could tick.

I remember standing by your bed,
Waiting for the moment we’d all dread.

Despite the pain you looked so happy,
But of course you knew the time was crappy.

You closed your eyes as if to sleep,
And soon enough we’d start to weep.

That moment was much to sad,
Because no one there, of course, was glad.

The funeral was the hardest part,
For it caused so many tears so start.

And now you’re with your wife I hope,
Learning to have fun and cope.

We miss you so much everyday,
To bad things turned out this way.

Goodbye Poem by Keigan Shepard

The time I had to say goodbye to my uncle.
It was a sad day I remember very clearly.
3 days before he left I landed my first kick flip.
He was teaching me how to skateboard.
We were really close we used to hang out a lot.
He was almost like a kid he liked video games we had the same hobbies.
Skating, football, basketball, any sport pretty much.

He was tall and skinny.
He was already getting grey hair at a young age.
We always laugh at him for it.
He is a great chef he used to be a chef for Café Rio and now knows all the recipes.
He used to cook for us all the time.
So done with all the good memories let’s talk about the day he had to leave.

The day he had to leave it was a sunny, hot day.
The blue sky was bright, bright blue barely any clouds.
So nice day except the fact I have to say goodbye to my friend, my uncle.
He packs up making me sad about to cry.
He is leaving to the airport I give him a big hug he promises to come back soon. He came this thanksgiving and made us an amazing dinner

Goodbye poem BY MARIA ZOLOTSEV [[GOT 2 SEE THIS]]

“Goodbye Sergeant Cuddles” that’s what I said
When you were in pieces and basically dead

The little black button was left from your eye
At this point I knew that you were going to die.

We shared many moments at which we shall praise
From our potty training to our Dora Explorer days

I’m sorry it was me who tossed you 15 feet down
I remember a splat when you hit the ground.

Then the beast’s meat-grinding teeth tore you apart
And a deep and dark hole formed in my heart

Oh, Mr. Cuddles it was so sad
You looked like a Barbie with surgery gone bad.

As the creature ripped you and left you in mounds
The powdered white stuffing scattered the ground.

Oh and your flexible fur was left torn and frill
With such baldness I replaced you for Dr. Phil

My tears were as sponge and were left quite soggy
I was so angry; I wanted to kill that dang doggy!

But what could I do? You were gone in a flash
I hugged you’re hideous fur as you were tossed in the trash.

I have to admit that you looked like a mess
My eyes stung so badly like seeing a grandpa in a dress.

Goodbye my dear teddybear, goodbye Sergeant Cuddles
The only bright side is that you didn’t leave a puddle. :]

Goodbye. . . by Brooklyn Brewer

As I walked through the door of that fourth grade classroom,
I knew it was the end. Mommy had told me the night before,
it was my very last night with you. I was moving on to bigger things,
I was older now. It was time to say goodbye to Mommy checking over
all my homework, to the books being read to me. Time to say goodbye to
the miniature monkey bars, the undersized slide, the Barbie Band-Aids for my scabs
that appeared quite often on my knees. It was time to say goodbye to all of those “little kid” things, because I’m a big kid know. I’m in the “upper grades.” Time to say
goodbye to all the joys of being a cute diminutive girl with bright eyes
and buoyant pigtails.

But the most devastating of all, it was time to say goodbye to my
most beloved friend. Such marvelous times we had together, the coziness
and warmth of your cashmere and cotton. The joy of putting in one
foot at a time the RIGHT way. The ultimate thrill of tattooing my
tummy with a ball point pen, and the ease of zipping you right up
speedy-quick to cover the work of art before Mommy sees.

So now I am forced to move on to the dreaded pants and shirt.
The frigid air that flows awkwardly up and down my legs, between my toes,
from the tips of my toes to the middle of my pelvis will be excruciating.
Without a zipper to rapidly move up and down, I will not have anything
to do while I’m lying in bed waiting for sleep to come surround me.

I know I’m older now, and I must to move on, but you are just so immensely
difficult to say goodbye to. The two syllables of that word are two
that I can hardly bear to allow come out of my mouth.
But goodbye my treasured footy pajamas, goodbye.

Goodbye Poem:McKaela Evertsen

Goodbye…. Is what you said to me, before you walked out the door. I had barley glanced up from where I stood. I saw form the corner of my eye you linger. Like you were waiting….. waiting for someone or something I thought I saw a tear in your eye but you turned and walked out the door before I could see for sure.

Now I know what you were waiting for someone to say they loved you, that you mattered, that you were special. You were waiting for me to show compassion on you. Love you for who you were. But I didn’t because I didn’t know what you were feeling.

I let you walk out the door into the frightful world. If only I would have know your thoughts and what the result of them would do. I would have enveloped you in my arms. Tell you that you were loved for you. Maybe if I had said how much I loved you you would not be as cold as ice and as pale as snow.

Maybe if I had said anything or stopped you from jumping off that bridge, you would be lying in my arms and we would be together.
Maybe if I had said you were mine I would not be saying
Goodbye to this black dark coffin.

Goodbye by Trisha Messick

Christmas come but once a year
Bringing all good cheerAdd Video
We share our joy
Like a friendly toy
The end is near
We still stand clear
For what do we all see
What could it possibly be
Life moves on
We shout for fun
Can you hear
What we all fear
Yes it is the brand New Year
You say good bye to your wonderful past
Because it never really last
The bright new future comes
Like a brand new pair of lungs
You struggle for breath that you can’t take in
But at last you win
You can begin
This is life every day
It starts but never ends.
You look forward to what will come
Yes it’s here
But you want to fear
For what will be coming next
You say goodbye just like a text
But it is really more than that
It isn’t fully intact.

Goodbye poem by Leticia Heath

Pandemonium of Change
Saying goodbye to the summer season

A night of fear and a night of pain
The moon rapidly begins to wane
I never thought you a friend and never truly believed in you
But now I see what you, beyond doubt, mean to me
It was a night of pandemonium and never ending “whys”
Don’t watch me when I’m grounded not locked in my room but lost with no wings unable to fly vulnerable to your insufferable breeze
The orange sun slips away and night begins to sing, and like an angel weeping white, snow begins seeping into the soil of the Earth
I have said goodbye to the sun of summer season
The abstract emotion of melancholy slowly dies away
You pay me peace of mind as I stare at your exotic beauty
My doubt in you is now dry there are no more “whys”
The only thing left is bliss and the joy of being carefree
Winter how I never thought you a comrade, but a season I could not delay
But now I see you out my window bay singing sweetly your arrival with a cold winter tempest
There is no sin in loving you I see that now clear in my head
My old skin begins to shed
Winter’s spell is here again!

Goodbye poem by: James Dubarry

Saying goodbye can be
One of the hardest
Of the hardest things on
Earth to do.

For example it was really hard for me to say
Goodbye to my parents when they left.

Goodbye can mean many different things.
For instance if you say goodbye to someone
Who you see everyday might just mean
See you later.
But if it is someone who you don’t see very often it could be
The last thing you say to them
And mean I wish you didn’t have to leave.

Some people do not like to say goodbye because it has some
Sound of permanency to it.

But for other people goodbye is regularly used in their
Vocabulary.

For some people it is too late to say
Goodbye.

Some people never get to say goodbye to a
Loved one who has passed away.
So if you don’t have time to say goodbye
Make time.
