Goodbye Poem ~Cami Packard

I know you by your memories, you made day by day,
Through all your years you were happy, my parents always say.

Though i never met you, I feel you somewhere near,
As i look inside myself, I find you staring back through the mirror.

People near you laughed and smiled,
Everyone happy, not one frown on a single child.

When my day is going bad,
I feel his prescence and no more am i sad.

I look up to the mysterious clouds in the sky,
And see your heavenly features floating by.

I imagine meeting him face to face,
No others around us, in this place.

I feel the tears trickling down my cheek,
Emotions surrounds me, but i could not speak.

You slowly drift back into the sky,
That is where you belong, all mighty and high.

Someday I will see you, with family all around,
Way far from Earth, and off the ground.

I look forward to that glorious day,
You will have me back and everything will be okay.

Thats when i will be with you,
'Til then, a goodbye will do.

goodbye poem by Josh Rasmussen

Arrive at school
Mess around with friends then say goodbye
Go to science then say goodbye
Go to English then say goodbye
Go to math then say goodbye
Go to exploratory then say goodbye
Go to lunch then say goodbye
Go to history then say goodbye
Go to French then say goodbye
Go to shop then say goodbye
Walk home
Homework then say goodbye gladly to that
Guitar than say goodbye to that
Computer Games then say goodbye
Yell at parents then say goodbye
Eat then say goodbye
Go to bed then say goodbye
Go to sleep then say goodbye
Wake up then say goodbye
Shower then say goodbye
Pack up for school then say goodbye
Eat breakfast then say goodbye
Brush teeth then say goodbye
Say bye to home

Good Bye Poem
By: Marcy Harris

When I was there I didn’t notice
Just how much I would yearn for you.
I wasn’t able to be there to see in your last moments.
I just know you looked beautiful with red curly hair.

I mother told me to come to her.
I knew that something was wrong.
I just couldn't’t see it being you.
She told me that you were sick.
When she said the words I knew that it was you.

The tears felt like lave flowing down my face.
I cried so much just for.
The time that I spent with you was just not enough.
Oh how do I wish I were nicer. I didn’t even give you the chance.

I wish I did because now you’re gone.
I didn’t even know that you were gone. If I’d
Know I would have came to your side,
and told you how sorry I really am.

I’ll always remember the way you curled you hair when
you didn’t even go anywhere. I’ll also always have the aching agony of
Knowing that I didn't tell just how much I love and cared for you.
When I’d had the chance.
I won't say "Goodbye" because I'd be saying to your memories.

goodbye poem-by Justin Willis

Goodbye Poem by Justin Willis

Saying goodbye can mean many things.
It can say I’ll see you tomorrow
It can say I wish that we had some more time to be together
It might say finally he/she’s gone!
It could say never again
It could mean I’m looking forward to next time!
If they are no longer with you then it could mean I wish I could have said this before you left.
If they are somewhere unknown to you it could mean please come back
Saying goodbye can be hard, simple, complicated, life-changing and so much more.
Sometimes you don’t think about what your saying, sometimes you don’t want to think about what it truly means.
Saying goodbye is so much easier if you know you will see them again soon.

By Raechel Heaton

The Dead Good-bye
Good-bye house, in a neat little row
A safe place to return to
With your warmth and comfort

Good-bye family who are always there
With big and little fights
With laughs and tears

Good-bye loyal friends
There through thick and thin
With your ups and downs

Good-bye seasons, that are always changing
With cold and heat
We will miss you

Good-bye time, with your endless ticking
Counting down the time until
The End

Good-bye world so big and round
Never to see you again
With your ups and downs

Good-bye life
We thought you would never end
But you did

Hope to see it all again
And if we don’t
We trust we will remember

Goodbye Poem-By Paige Lundeen

GOODBYE POEM
By Paige Lundeen
I never go to say the most important thing.
I love you goodbye.
You didn’t know me then, but you probably know me now.
I have has wished to meet you, but I know I can’t.
We will someday, not someday soon, but someday in the future!
You past 15 years ago without a single sign,
No one knew how you felt.
I’m sorry you had to go through so much pain.
I have heard you are pretty great.
I wish I could’ve experienced your happiness.
Your smile and your laughter are all I need.
I every time I think of you I wish I could see you.
You were supposed to be an important part of my life,
But you got taken away from not only me, but everyone else.
It’s not fair such a great person had to go.
I miss you and wish you were her.
Shopping, laughing, and family dinners are all we need.
You are an important part of a girl’s life and when you go taken away it hurt.
Maybe everything would be different?
In fact everything would be different.
I know you can read this, but you’re just not here.I have many things to remember you by.
Pictures, video and most important, your guitar,
Every time I feel like wanting a part of you I go and just play.
I miss you grandma and I wish you were here for the important stuff.
I love you goodbye!
Goodbye Poem
By Theo Gochnour
Dedicated to: Merritt Egan
My eyes how they cry
As the days go by
my tears drip down
into a puddle of despair

I never got to say the things
I meant to say
It came up so quickly
I was holding on
Until you were gone

It will be okay
That is what you used to say
I didn’t know what to think
As you slowly slipped away

I knew your days were numbered
But my soul stayed strong
I grasped you
At least I tried

You told me that you loved me
As you slowly went away
I will forever remember to this day

Now that times are different
I have to say one thing
From the center of my heart
I love you Grandpa
Goodbye Grandpa

Good bye sun-good bye poem-by Jonny Hummer

Good Bye Poem

Good bye my friend
I hate to see you leave
It puts a tear in my eye
Not to see you for many months
Good bye my clear blue skies
Hello to the new gray and cloudy ones

Good bye to lying in cool green grass
Hello to cold stormy days
I will miss you while you hiding in those clouds
It seems like they took you forever
Not to see you again

Good bye golden sunshine
The warmth that warms my heart
Hello cold snow
I am depressed it had to come to this
So good bye till I see you again

It seems like I will never see you again
But I will keep my faith that you will come again
In these cold dark days I never want to go out side
With you I loved the warmth you gave me
Good bye sun

When you comeback you will bring great things back
Makes my eyes wet to see you go
Good bye to see you much later

Good Bye Summer by Steve Baez

As the leaves fall and the temperature drops,
We all can say goodbye.
The sunshine dies and the growing stops
As another year’s gone by.

The weather turns to gray,
From July to Christmas day,
When the snow descends and the summer ends,
And the children are at play.

Where has the sun gone?
The days around the pool?
The time when it was hot as heck,
Those dear months without school?

The summer’s gone, the bright green lawns,
The times when days were long.
With water wars and candy stores
And shorts from Billabong.

Fall is here, the cool, night breeze
The autumn sunlight through the trees
I wonder if summer will ever come again.

I just don’t know if I should go,
Look for the heat, not for the snow
And journey back to good times,
Oh we’ve all had our rough times.

What I just can’t say in these rhymes,
I know I’ll say when summer comes again.

Say Goodbye to the Past By: Sara Parkin

Goodbye my past

I know this is all coming so fast

But it’s time to let go to all that has last.

Goodbye, to the past

You stood by me threw it all

You’ve picked me up you’ve made me fall

You brought me good you brought me bad

I’ve cried the tears that made me sad

You picked me up you made me strong

But you know this lasted way to long

And now I thank you much

For all the people that you will touch

Goodbye, to the past

You’ve made me laugh so hard I’d cry

I’ve cried so hard I thought I’d die

And now the futures here

Every morning it feels more near

Now I end saying this

The past will be much missed

You’ve gave me memories

You’ve gave me fears

You’ve gave me hope

You’ve brought me tears

It’s all starting and we all know

So I have to say goodbye, Please go

GOOD BYE POEM

GOODBYE POEM

by:Jacqueline Soweidan

Dedicated: Alissa, Darren, Tyler

I want you to come back
I know you can but I can wish
You left with you dad and brother
I know you’re in a better place
I just can’t believe you’re gone

I found out you died
I cried and cried
I could not sleep
I could just weep
I know you in a better place
But how can this be
I can’t believe you’re gone

You where such a joyful person

Never a frown on you face
Why did they take you away from us?
We still think of you
We still can’t believe you gone

I never thought this would happen

No one did, how could it be?
You where gone in a blink of an eye
No one can believe you’re gone

I wish I could have told you bye
Here is my bye
We all love you
We all miss you
We all can't believe your gone

Goodbye poem by tyler knight

GOODBYE POEM

The wind blows
The sun shins
But never again
I’ll see you by and by

O what great
Fun we had
With the soda pop
And pumpkin pie

The are soft gun wars
In my yard
Or in the forest
Even in my house

Shot in the eye
Or shot in the face
Ether way you out
Tell next game

The over night
sleep over’s
The video games
And all the junk food in the world

The four wheeler rids
In the empty lots
The turns and bumps
O what great fun we had
Goodbye

Austin Bs Poem

Good bye A.D.H.D

Good bye adhd you had troubled me so much.
Since the day I was born tell now.
You made me not focuses your like a piece of poo!
Because of you. You made me lose. To math and English.
I had no clue. But let me tell you. That nothing ever got done. I felt so dumb.
I could not even count with my thumb.
You made my momma cry and my dad get mad. Why did you do that?
I would lose my friends and get bad grades.
Until I meat Mr. Doctor. He gave me a pill.
And that pill will let me take on the world.
I felt better in my grades I got A’s.
You will not be bugging me no more.
But in my mind I know your still there.
So I keep taking the pill.
My friends ask me your acting different but I like it.
But because of the pill I start to not eat as much but then I’m better.
But why was I cursed with you adhd but you will not bug me eney more.

Goodbye Poem by Danielle Johnson

Goodbye Poem:
Dedicated to: Robert Brain

I don’t know how and I don’t know why,
You left this world without saying goodbye.
You could have been famous for the work you’ve done
But you’ll always be a star in my eyes.
You were kind and creative and didn’t like kids,
But you had a place in your heart for me.

I remember the time that we played hangman together
And we went to the beach and laid out forever…
I remember on Thanksgiving Day,
You became a child again and played with your food.
I remember the last time I saw you,
In Puerto Vallarta we had dinner together.

I will never forget your creative mind,
Or your kindness to me.
Your ups and downs
And your ways of life.
I will never forget the fun we had in the sun
And the great time we had when the day was done.

I don’t know how and I don’t know why,
You left this world without saying goodbye.
But all I know is you left you left me with fond memories of you.
We both made impacts in each others lives,
I taught you how to become a child once again,
And you taught me what life meant.
I thank you for all you’ve done,
But I only wish you were not gone.

Love,
Danielle

Good bye New York by Michael McBeth

Good Bye New York
I love New York City
Even though it was not bity
I have to leave tomorrow
This great wonderful city

I got to see the Yankees
Thought they should be called the bankees
I even saw a Broadway play
It was a wonderful day

Then I went to Cooperstown
The baseball hall of fame
It was very magnificent
All the players who played the game

I went to Times Square
I even ate at ESPN Zone
It was very delicious
For dessert I had a snow cone

I didn’t hit a homerun
It was kind of sad
But I did get a lot of hits
My bat was like a gun

But the worst part of it all
I have to leave tomorrow
On a plane to Salt Lake City
This great wonderful city

Broken

By Nick Riekena

Goodbye to day, Goodbye to night
Goodbye to everlasting fight
In the end we all go down
With the light all around

Let the light
Flow through us all
In the end
We all will fall
This is not the end of us
I will ride the broken bus

This life has become
The broken one
In the end
We will not cry
Going up into sky

Let the light
Flow through us all
In the end
We all will fall
This is not the end of us
I will ride the broken bus

Some say there is
No after life
But I say
They aren’t right

Let the light
Flow through us all
In the end
We all will fall
This is not the end of us
I will ride the broken bus

bye bye Court adams

Good bye Poem
By: Court Adams

You left to Pennsylvania
You were in such a hurry
Don’t turn into a vampire
Wait that’s Transylvania

Looked like you were in a panic
As bedding don’t use a hammock
At least you had Amanda
She kept you a wake and away from commando

You left at nine
You left me waiting in line
I was on the phone with you
I wish that I could see you to

You finally arrived
I was glad that you survived
You finally saw your house
Then you saw a mouse

You went to the town
Then found a wedding gown
Wait you are already married
That is why you left me

Goodbye sister
You got married to a mister
Goodbye sister
I’ll see you in six years

Good Bye Friends by Chandler Hendrickson

Good bye friends
We had a good time
I might see you sometime
But today we will leave

I go to one place far away
You go to another that’s farther away
We will not see each other
It may be a while

When we were kids we had fun
Now we are going away
We would laugh and play the day away
The years have gone fast now

The years went by fast
Now you have left
My other friends are here still
Yet you have left for somewhere else

I made new friends
They are both nice and kind
One is tall he is cool
The other is small he is funny

I hope I see you soon
It will be fun to se you again
We can talk for a while
But later you will be gone

I Wish I Could Say Goodbye by Orenda Williams

I’ve never tried to say goodbye;

I have only sat

and tried not to cry

Today, I’ll let my thoughts flutter from me

The pain and despair;

I will be shortly in peace

Please hear me say goodbye,

please, please leave here

So you won’t have to watch while I can’t fly

All those nights I lied awake

Body exhausted, mind turning

Sometimes selfish, sometimes for your sake

You will return

but only in thought

while their eyes burn

I’ve been filled with lies about you;

I’ve been looked at with pity

Because I have no clue what is true

I promise I never fake my smiling

but for what I’ve seen

I have no problem lying

I wish I could say goodbye…

Yet until I know what to say it to

I’m holding on for life

I wish I could say goodbye

I don’t want to let go of what I shouldn’t

so just to be safe

I’m holding on for life
