Have you ever liked rules? If not, would you consider running away and living under your own standards? Well, my dad didn't like rules and yes he would consider running away from them.
One night, he packed his stuff and left the house. He camped out just in the middle of nowhere, where nobody would ever find him. He set up a tent, a fire, and in no time at all he was at home.
Then the problems began. When he was ready for dinner, he remembered he forgot to bring food. So he decided he'd go to sleep on an empty stomach and decided to do something about food the next day. But trying to get to sleep was harder than wrestling a bear blindfolded.
He started to get scared. He heard the hisses of snakes, the screeches of bats, but the most haunting sound of all, the howl of the wolf. That night was scarier than when Ichabod Crane was running from the Headless Horseman! These animals were his new family?
For the next month or so, this was his life. There was a stream he managed to get water from, he ate fish and a variety of birds, and continued to sleep with those melancholy sounds. One day, he finally decided to go back to his family. He realized that even living out in the wilderness there were rules, you must be scared! So you see, when you run away from problems, you manage to get the worst problems of all!
