"Love Story" by Taylor Swift is a song that really means something to me. This song is important to me because it is telling you about a love story and how it ends up the right way. It makes me feel like most love relationships will have a happy ending. This song refers to Romeo and Juliet and how they would do anything for each other. One of the parts says "you'll be the prince and I'll be the princess." And usually when there is a story about a prince and a princess the ending is always happy. My favorite part of the song is when it says "He knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring and said marry me Juliet, you'll never have to be alone." This part means so much to me because they are getting married and it sounds like they are going to spend the rest of their life together.
I had the chance to interview Marla Jones and her favorite song which is called " Take a Bow" by Leona Lewis. This song makes her feel kind of sad. This song is telling her that life doesn't always have a good feeling. When ever she listens to this song it makes her think of all the happy and sad in her life. She told me that this represents a person who is tired of the other person living in her house so one of them has to move out. This gives you a really sad feeling and makes you want to help them work this problem out.
